Good food, great setting The Fiesta Vallarta menu offers a nice selection of salads and traditional Mexican cuisine. The service is good, but sometimes overwhelmed when they're busy...Farmers Market days pose a challenge. The outdoor seating raea is a big plus..very relaxing.
Hit or Miss I've eaten at Fiesta Vallarta on a handful of occasions, and both the food and service are unpredictable. I've ordered the same dish on different occasions, and had it prepared completely different ways (one appealing, the other not!). A couple of times, the service has been tremendously slow (even though we were the only ones there), other times service has been great. I give it 3 stars instead of 2 because the staff is friendly and seems to try hard ... they just need to become more reliable.
