The pork carnitas were especially good. My wife tasted them as well and agreed. The beans are very well prepared. The street tacos were also well prepared with the corn tortillas having been partially/lightly fried in a spiced oil. The results are fantastic. One suggestion: the corn tortillas for the rest of the dishes should be placed on the grill instead of merely steaming them. Had a great dinner last night celebrating my hubby's birthday. Very friendly, warm & inviting staff. You feel like a guest in their home. Tasty margaritas & a good salsa bar too. We will be back! Thank you. :-) And thank you for comping my hubby's dinner--bonus!
Great meal. First time to this restaurant. Recommended by my daughter. Starter chips and salsa were very tasty. They have a salsa bar so you can choose your heat level or custom make your own. The food was very good, comparable to other top Mexican restaurants. The sliced beef was a little chewy but that has been my experience at all Mexican restaurants here in Tacoma. Margarita was standard, nothing special.

Very good and surprisingly good food. When you first look at the restaurant you think it won't be a place you would come back to again. But the service was great and the salsa bar is dangerous (I over did the hot ). If you want good and true Mexican food this is the place to try.
