We bought our pool in the fall of 2015. After repeated calls, finally have it opened and pump running................however, I am STILL waiting for my ladder and maintenance equipment that I have already paid for................nice people.................TERRIBLE response/customer service. ALL of the equipment should have been delivered WITH the pool per the contract.
Bought a hot tub as a surprise for my husband..was told I would get a better deal of I paid cash and would have no problem getting a refund if there were any issues..not only did they refuse to give my money back, they resold the hot tub (which was still sitting on the showroom floor), and won't give us our money or a hot tub..the owner\manager called 911 on my husband and I for calling him a jerk and telling him we would have to go to the district justice if he didn't make it right..they NEVER return your calls..pretty cra... read more
