Horrible customer service by the service rep D Ortiz.
I just went by today to try to buy a new car and they tried to rip me off. They always start with, how much do you want to pay? Then come back with a ridiculous offer! They have a discounted price online and when you show up they say that they can't honor it. I told them I needed an honest offer the first time and they come back trying to get me to pay over 50k for a car listed for sale at 31k online. I know those numbers don't add up!
