This restaurant has absolutely delicious food. The salsa has some kick in it, which I like. The combo plates are a good price, and great tasting. I recommend the ground beef chimichanga, chicken quesadilla, and the pork tosada, with rice and beans for just $12. I have eaten at several Mexican restaurants, and I would have to say that these guys are in the top 3.
I went to the restaurant today for the first time. It didn't take long and the order was already on my table. I ordered the carnitas meals, which comes with guacamole salad, rice and beans besides the pork. The food was very flavorful and made with care. Also, I loved the fact that they warmed up the plate so that the food would still be warm until the end of the meal. The flan I had for dessert is still bringing thoughts of sweet delight! I have severe Celiac Disease and am gluten free. Fiesta has lots of gluten free options. It's about time that I could have some authentic Mexican Food. There tamales are made 100% gluten free and their chile rellenos with shrimp are AMAZINGLY FANTASTICO...I am grew up in California and migrated to Minnesota. I am from a Mexican family and this is just like being home. Now every Saturday from 7p-10p is karaoke. Woohoo I'm not an amazing singer and I still get up and go for it.
Great little find!!! Loved the authentic food and friendly service! The salsa was delicious. Most salsa is mild at best but this had great flavor with a kick. My meal was equally as good. Definitely the best Mexican in the Apple Valley-Burnsville area. I would highly recommend it!
We came for Father's day dinner and it was a hit! Bien sabrosa! Great food, lovely restaurant, a new family favorite!!! The salsa had nice flavor and was actually spicy, and the chips are not too salty or greasy, which is hard to find at Mexican restaurants in the area (and I've been to them all!).
