I love the grilled fish tacos and their 🍹 drinks are 💣. Any now they have the outside seating area underneath the large tents. The occupancy is like the neighborhood a great mix of blacks Hispanics Asians in car Whites
The customer service was absolutely horrible on the phone. The gentleman (there was nothing gentlemanly about him) who answered the phone was extremely rude. He lacked the ability and willingness to solve the problem. Yelling at someone and hanging up is not acceptable. Your employee needs training on how to effectively communicate with customers. Also it may be beneficial to have training on telephone etiquette, you should always put a customer on hold before discussing them just so unprofessional.
