Where I come from (San Antonio,TX) when you do not like the food and you let them know, they apologize and they ask you if you want something else, they do not charge you for the plate you don't like, I did not like The Chile Relleno and I asked if I could order something else and the waiter said that I could order but they would still have to charge me for both orders, this is really pathetic I will never go back.
