At Fiesta Jalapenos we prepare our food fresh daily and use 100% Vegetable Oil. We're in the kitchen early preparing our delicious sauces, chopping vegetables, hand-cutting tender chicken, pork, and beef, and seasoning our rice with saffron, chiles and other traditional mexican spices.
