20 years ago, it was called the Bazaar del Mundo. Some of the shops (e.g., where you can buy churros) are the same, but some of our favorite shops were gone/replaced. Did not eat at the restaurant, so can't comment.
First time here yesterday 4/29/2017 and automatically I saw the line and the seating was packed and normally if you see that you know the place has to be good. The wait time was about an hour but let me tell you the food was worth the wait, I had the tempique plate and God dang it that was the most amazing piece of carne asada I've ever had it was so tender and moist I wish I had more to enjoy. There are many great restaurants to choose from in Old Town but you can't go wrong with Fiesta de Reyes! The food is great and the entertainment is amazing. Surrounding the restaurant are many small shops to browse and buy things while you wait in car you get there on a busy day although there is ample seating and I have never had to wait long. Visit the plaza while you are in Old Town even if you don't eat here it's a must see.

Excellent food and drink! Fresh, hand made tortillas are melt in your mouth good. I also had a spicy margarita that was the best I've ever had.
The atmosphere vibrant and good, but we had the fajitas chicken and beef, the quality of meat was good but lacked spice and favour - not sure if this because we're from England and have higher expectations as so far we've very disappointed with food and restaurants offered over in in America. Although this is only a small proportion of the country.
Everything in one location food, shopping abd entertainment. This place is awesome!
