La tampiqueña
Every time we come to Old Town San Diego we eat here. We love it, the food is good, the drinks are great and we love the atmosphere. The service is always superb. We shared the appetizer platter which was generous and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Maria our server was terrific!

The food was amazing and so was the service!
While all of Old Town is amazing, this area is chock full of interesting tidbits of info and so very many things to see and do! Or you can just cop a squat in the park and watch the crowd go by. We had a late breakfast at Casa de Reyes, and even though the tortillas weren't that good, the chorizo was yummy and the breakfast burrito my boyfriend had was too. The little shops around the area are loaded with great little handmade souvenirs that aren't the typical things you see, and they won't break the bank! We could have spen... read more
Consistently good.
First time here, took husband for Father’s Day. Was very packed waited for an hour but the food was amazing, and they have live music 🎶, had a really good time. Totally recommend it 👍🏻
