I was charged $12 for a $3 - $5 wash. The sign said to hold the button to end the session early and have the charge prorated and I did that but was still overcharged. I called the number posted on this site and left a message. Result pe ding... Update: got a call minutes after posting this review and was clarified on the way these things charge, which essentially is a minimum of $6 per swipe if paying by card. The man offered half the charge to be returned which is more than fair to me. Return payment: pending.... Result: go... read more
