1.5 hour wait for gross looking food. The worst looking dish we had the taco salad that had a pool of grease at the bottom of it and the lettuce was soggy and when my dad’s fork penetrated a single piece lettuce and lifted it up to his mouth, out came a swarm of fruit flies that clouded the air around us. We swatted them down, all the while, our shrimp tacos we ordered without onions, were getting cooler than the raw onions that came on them that “they were cooked with”. Service was horrible. Waited close to 30 min for our drinks and they were watered down. Multiple tables got their food way before our after being sat after us. The waiter did not come back over half an hour while we still waited for drinks and our food. When we finally got our food the order was wrong and one of our plates had fruit flys coming out of the taco bowl. I’m a bartender so I’m pretty laid back and don’t like making a scene but this was awful
Do not come here if you have any sort of dietary restriction. They do weird things such as putting chorizo in the refried beans and sour cream in the guacamole. It’s really frustrating because if you ask two different servers what ingredients are in something they say two completely different things. I definitely recommend Matazlan in Delafield, they are much more accommodating to dietary restrictions and have a whole separate menu!
It was nice. From the dinning room to the bar where the doors were open it was very loud... but the food was amazing. A little over priced.
service started out great, got seated right away, got our chips and salsa right away. It all went down hill from there. we waited (table of 2) 20 MINUTES to get our drinks ORDERED. Then a table of 8 who ordered after us got their food before us. we were never checked on while we waited another 20 minutes for our food with empty glasses. THEN, The icing on the cake, I had a HUGE chicken bone in my burrito within the first 2 bites. Will NOT be coming back. Slowest service i have EVER encountered.

Great service, great food, great location.
We used to go here all the time, food and service used to be great!! Not anymore! Waited for over 10 min for someone to take our drink order only to see tables around us who got sat after us get their order taken. We ended up just leaving, doubt we’ll go back. This isn’t the first time we’ve had crappy service within the past 6 months. So disappointing because their food is good 😞
