I recently went in to make my insurance payment into the selma office and had a terrible experience with Ramon he kept telling me that someone would be right with me I sat patiently for 10 minutes as he sat at his desk not helping anyone finally approached me to ask what I needed in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I am considering closing my insurance and boycotting fiesta in general due to the poor professionalism in that store.
