Update: A new management team has taken over. While there have been improvements. My unit and the others around me lacks consistent hot water. It takes 45–60 minutes to reach lukewarm water, and it does not stay warm. Management has been notified and advised letting the water run for extended periods, despite tenants paying for water utilities. It’s amazing here at the Fiesta Apartments…. Just smokers need to stop smoking inside the complex along with outside their apartments…. Being next to neighbors who smoke consistently and unable to live a normal life with windows opened enjoying fresh air. No respect whatsoever. There needs to be an end to this especially considering those who smoke aren’t even allowed to smoke 20 feet within entering the complex.
