Nice and quiet place, great manager I just read an old review by Katherine T., who seems to like to review everything possible. I live in Fiesta Apts. and am very happy here. The place is quiet pretty much, the grounds are well taken care of and the manager is very hard working and fair. She is stern sometimes but has always done the right thing when something needs to be fixed here. There is a maintenance crew that is here and are very dependable and quick to check things out. got ripped off here, don't ever live here. Don't be fooled by the little old lady. She's all smiles and compliments when you're signing your lease, but if you want anything fixed or if you find any problems with the apartment, she'll be quick to tell you that you're hallucinating. My apartment seriously had a major molding problem, but she didn't take steps to see what they could do, but accused me of being dirty and not airing my apartment properly. Very Nice Apartments These apartments are very nice, my mother lives here and she loves it. The rent is resaonable with the size of the apartments. It is a good neighborhood, and they often have move in specials. They are newly remodled and they have added new ammenities. If you are looking for a nice apartment, call them and see if they have what you are looking for.
