I don’t normally leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. I spent a considerable amount of money and drove an hour out of my way, only to be served a cold Firelog. So much for “we serve fresh food.” When I returned to politely request a fresh one, the new staff member behind the counter simply reheated the same item and handed it back, refusing to make a new one. I got the fire log and it was cold! I let the man in the register that it was cold and he said it’s fresh which clearly wasn’t not only was my food cold it was soggy and the chicken was so dry I asked for a new plate or a refund instead he put it in the microwave and gave it back for that I feel bad for the chicken that passed for this nasty place!!
Worst experience. Bought Mac and cheese for kids and it’s with horrible smell and worst taste. Not sure what cheese was being used…came home and trashed all three boxes…will never order again
This spot really lived up to the hype! Chicken is Halal (Hand cut). The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the spice had just the right kick. I also tried the mac and cheese—so good and really balanced out the heat . Portions were generous for the price too. Definitely planning to come back soon!
