FIERO FORNI The oven locks nice, but they are pre-fabricated concrete. Personally they are too, too expensive, and they could be built in a better way, because often the customers complain the manufacturer for many cracks. and they need to be repaired! they don't carry spare parts, we buy a mixer machine, spiral broke on weekend and i need to close my pizzeria because they don't carry a basic piece that is the most important part for the machine

I purchased the caterer duo from these guys around 2020. The oven itself is fantastic - built like a tank, works great. I use it for my catering business and always get asked about it. After I put down a deposit I was given an estimated time ( this was during COVID times, and they took that into account).
