This is a place that focuses on comfort and being attentive. Why was my first interaction with them actually uncomfortable and curt? I simply asked if all of the piercers in today are APP approved. For such a short question I was still somehow rushed and talked to in a curt manner? Why would I trust these people with a face piercing if this is how they answer the phone. The last time a piercer acted this way they messed it up. Not taking the chance again. Sorry I called a piercing shop for a question about piercings I guess.
This place is wonderful! I've taken my daughter here for the last two years and they have been so caring and understanding they made her and I, feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Little pricey but worth it.

Exemplary experience! The facility was very clean and and well organized. The staff members were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My piercer did a great job! Next time I'm visiting AZ, I'm coming back!
