Fieldstone Management has done a fabulous job for our HOA!! I have especially appreciated the good works of David Scibetta and Kathy. In the 6 years I have been on our Board if Directors, they are the BEST!! Very responsive to all of our inquiries and needs. Totally professional, which is very much appreciated. ❤️
Fieldstone has managed our HOA for the past several years. The last 2 years especially they have done an exceptional job. Their communication with Board members as well as with home owners has been timely and efficient. They’re extremely knowledgeable of local rules, regulations and guide us accordingly. David Scibetta, our HOA manager, has been particularly helpful as we have had to begin navigating through contracts for road repairs and landscape maintenance.
Fieldstone Management helps support our HOA and does an absolutely fantastic job. I can not say enough wonderful things. David is our community manager and helps guide me on many situations when it comes to being on the BOD. He is quick to respond to emails and always professional and kind. Recently while working on our neighborhood annual inspections, he went above and beyond to make sure we met a pretty tight timeline. I am so thankful we have a team like FieldStone to help keep us on track! Thank you!!!
This HOA company is a bunch of crooks. Nickel and dime on absolutely everything. Someone should report to the better business bureau
