Nice little apartments, no one bothers each other, everyone’s nice, not really any houseless around the property, and feels safe at night, the new management is doing an amazing job! Keep it up I love it here! Living here has DEFINITELY NOT been a nightmare like some people said!! It’s been a good couple years here and don’t plan on moving for many more!!
It looks alright from the outside. But living there can be a nightmare. The ceilings and walls are paper thin, which makes living underneath neighbors with children a total nightmare . The property is also next to an RV junkyard which is so very noisy and often smiles in the summer monthes. Also it has alot of sketchy people wondering onto the property during both day and night. Also regardless of what management says the junkyard isn't going anywhere. For the record this is the NE Salem 45th Ave. location.

It's a great find for the price, location and maintenance. This summer they repaved the parking lot.
