Came in to test drive a hard to find, older wagon with low miles. Test drive was great, applied and was approved for credit, but because of the age of the vehicle they wanted a big down payment so I said I'd need to think about it. Over the next couple hours (same day/afternoon) I was on and off the phone with the sales rep while they went back and forth with the manager, and finally the details were figured out and I was ready to put down a deposit for it. Great service at Fields Volvo Madison. Dropped off and waited for the car - was completed earlier than estimated and the rep went over all that was done. It was my first time here and I’ll continue using them for any future needs.
