Jhon, my service technician, was wonderful. Jhon kept me informed and went above & beyond when he got approval from management for a loaner vehicle and delivered it to my door. It is against Fields policy to give out a loaner unless you purchased your vehicle from them. A month is a long time to wait for a part, so I was really glad for the customer service I received thanks to my service technician, who I will always ask for when in need of service on my Volvo. There was an update to the camera that changed the backup camera in a negative way.
The purchasing experience was fine. The issue was getting them to comply with a repair service agreed upon at purchase.I had to contact them several times to get things scheduled, had to remind them of the pick up agreement we had at purchase and even when they did change the glass they returned the car with less than a gallon of gas, they picked up the vehicle with a full tank.
Great experience at Fields Auto! Friendly staff, no pushy sales tactics, and the whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
