Jhon, my service technician, was wonderful. Jhon kept me informed and went above & beyond when he got approval from management for a loaner vehicle and delivered it to my door. It is against Fields policy to give out a loaner unless you purchased your vehicle from them. A month is a long time to wait for a part, so I was really glad for the customer service I received thanks to my service technician, who I will always ask for when in need of service on my Volvo.
