Had my first surgery here and it was such a good experience. I was nervous about everything and everyone I had contact with was so kind and understanding. From the front desk staff to the surgeon, everyone introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do.
I was a long time patient of Dr. Barbara Bergin For my knee issues, But since she had retired, they scheduled me with Dr. Vilas Saldanha, MD. Wow! He was very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate … He spent a lot of time talking to me and listening and making a plan that we could follow. I really felt cared for and would recommend him highly.
A week ago I need surgery to fix issue with right foot. The entire staff were amazing. Treating and feeling welcome, pre surgery care made me at ease, surgery was done successfully, post op was outstanding even with mild breathing complications during which the entire staff were comforting and caring. Outstanding team!!!
Shout to to Jessica who was my pre-op nurse. I told her I’ve had some traumatic IV placements- pain, blown veins, multiple attempts, blood gushing across the room, etc. She used a magic trick (lidocaine shot) and I barely even felt the IV. Overall I had an extremely positive experience at this facility with the entire team. Much better than the hospital I used for my original injury.
