I can’t recommend Fields Service highly enough. They first worked with us at a previous property where we had older, less-than-ideal HVAC equipment. Rather than immediately trying to sell us an entirely new system, they worked with what we had, helped improve its reliability and efficiency, and did everything they could to keep our family warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We recently had Fields install a split system. The overall appearance of this split system is better than we could have hoped for. We chose Fields because of our long history of services with this company. They are very knowledgeable and have completed every job in a more than satisfactory manner. CAUSED A FLOOD IN MY HOME, DIDN’T RETURN CALLS Unprofessional and makes costly mistakes, do not use this company. The owner of this company caused a leak in our HVAC system during his first visit to our home, causing thousands of dollars in damages to our HVAC unit and carpet. I learned about this leak after he charged for unneeded refrigerant and then repeatedly denied it on the phone. $400, and didn’t even check the lines on the HVAC unit. Had a heating system install that went well...until it gave me trouble and repeatedly stopped working multiple winters in a row now. Last year I was told they "dont service my area" even though they are the ones that installed it!!! Eventually sent a tech out, who had to come 2-3 times before a bandaid solution was put on it but no real problem detected by him other than my unit just shuts off and stops working...Happened yet AGAIN this year (shocking), and its only a 3 or 4 year old unit. Field's Service was recommended to us and they delivered beyond my expectations. Casey knew exactly what to do to quickly replace our old inefficient system with a gas dual purpose system and finished the job on time as promised. The crew was very respectful of our property, and did exactly what they had promised. No issues, no surprises, just good well executed service. They followed up a few days later to be sure everything was working properly and answered any questions. Highly recommended !
