Had a heating system install that went well...until it gave me trouble and repeatedly stopped working multiple winters in a row now. Last year I was told they "dont service my area" even though they are the ones that installed it!!! Eventually sent a tech out, who had to come 2-3 times before a bandaid solution was put on it but no real problem detected by him other than my unit just shuts off and stops working...Happened yet AGAIN this year (shocking), and its only a 3 or 4 year old unit. Field's Service was recommended to us and they delivered beyond my expectations. Casey knew exactly what to do to quickly replace our old inefficient system with a gas dual purpose system and finished the job on time as promised. The crew was very respectful of our property, and did exactly what they had promised. No issues, no surprises, just good well executed service. They followed up a few days later to be sure everything was working properly and answered any questions. Highly recommended !
Field's service are way above and beyond the other local companies for heating and A/C. Have used them several times in recent years. for both System 2000 oil heat system and for Air Conditioning service. Always available, very qualified and trained personnel. The best, most honest HVAC service in the Lehigh Valley. If a problem can be fixed, they will fix it vs upselling you. They are the only HVAC service that my family trusts.
Casey was very knowledgeable and professional from providing the initial estimate to the final installation of our heat pump/mini splits for our attached apartment. He and his helper Chad were trustworthy and competent in all aspects of the installation. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.
