Fabulous!!! My salesman Jose was fabulous. Diane, who explained all the features and set up all my preferences, was also fabulous. Also, when I spoke with the sales manager Jim Scuderi, he was concerned that I was truly happy with my lease and made sure all my concerns were taken care of.

Awesome service in a luxury setting I purchased a used Lexus last year and have been using this dealership for service ever since. Having never owned a luxury car, I am dazzled by the service department. Efficient, helpful, informative and speedy. I usually stay while the car is being fixed because the environment is luxurious. I bring my computer and can even work in a private, quiet office with internet access. They fixed all the stuff that was wrong with the car and have maintained it well. Staff made me feel comfortable I got a new job so I thought it was time to updgrade my car as well. I was a bit overwhelmed because I've never gone by myself to buy a new car.
