I would like to express how disappointed I was recently with the communication I received from Fields Irrigation. All the sudden I receive an invoice out of nowhere when I was not contacted or could not find any proof that I was contacted that they would be showing up to perform an inspection. I contacted them to let them know I have received no communication in regards to them coming out for an inspection. RecommendedI’ve been with Fields for about five years and I couldn’t be happier. It started with irrigation service, then I added on lawn fertilization, and this year I included shrub and tree care (trimming and pruning). The team came today and did a fantastic job trimming up a lot of shrubs and trees. This was no easy feat m, but they conquered it with ease.
Claimed to start up my irrigation system but spent less than 24 minutes at my house, we’re on the phone the entire time, didn’t check every zone & sprinkler (even noted 10 zones on the invoice when I have 11), didn’t make any adjustments (all documented on my security cameras) & said they had to come back to replace broken heads & replace backflow. WOW! Fabulous service. Please tell Jason thanks for the quick turn around. My wife was working in the yard and said Jason had already taken care of us. That's less than 1 hour after entering the work order on line... I have, and will continue to recommend Fields Irrigation. You guys ROCK!

We have been working with Fields Irrigation for almost a year and have been very happy with the quality service they have provided. They have been prompt with projects, attentive to our questions, and have made our lawn and yard look better than ever before! If you're looking for a high-quality irrigation/lawn company at competitive pricing, look no further!
Very poor customer service. If their work is criticized at all they are quick to blame the customer instead of providing any solutions.
They showed up on time and did a super job. Cleared out all the water in the irrigation system and gave me some good pointers on some additional steps might consider protecting the backflow preventers in the future. This will be my go-to company in the future.
