I highly recommend Fields BMW, I spent alot of time looking for my car, found the perfect one at Fields BMW, Bryan gave me the best offer! I live over an hour away from the dealership so Bryan had the paperwork prepared and car detailed, ready and waiting for me. It was so easy and quick. Thank you Bryan and Fields BMW! I only wish I lived closer to enjoy the free car washes they offer.
Had an appointment set, ended up not being able to be seen. Customer service was great. The app used for the appointments didn't work properly. I needed an airbag replaced, for a recall. Still waiting for the replacement. I will update soon not able to get through to reschedule

Took my 2019 x6 to fields for an oil change was told it’s time for spark plug cabin and engine filter changer got it done within a few days engine light came on. Took it back and was told by the service advisor diagnostic is done by a specialized mechanic and it would take approximately 8hours.Took it to fox motors off Fowler in Tampa who diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and advised when fields work on my car hoses were removed and Not tightened properly causing improper air flow.needless to say I won’t be taking m... read more
