Best amd most civilized place I have lived in. Andy is awesome and always responsive to my apartment-related needs. The apartment complex is very safe and clean.
We’ve had a great experience with the leasing office. Rent + electrical is what you pay. No media package fees, WiFi fees, etc. Transparent pricing is huge. Thanks Andy and Sami.
If you want hot water, don’t come and live in these apartments. I made a claim and they had me with ice water for more than a week and they didn’t answer me for anything. Also the noises from one apartment to another are disgusting. They enter your apartment without your consent, they have no respect. They are shameless. Nice apartments, they keep the grounds looking nice as well. It is in a fantastic location, so close to the freeway.
