Unethical. Did the initial report, then would add new stuff when he came back out, refused to pass things after the sellers did what was asked. He collected three additional $175 fees after the original $850 for going back out multiple times. Seems like he just wanted to rack up a bigger paycheck honestly. He called things that other appraisers wouldn't have. Things we could've challenged but that would've set our closing date back further. Also, he was unfriendly and impossible to communicate with. Totally out of his league. Would never recommend this company. Heaven help you if your lender selects this person. Amazing how one persons incompetence can effect multiple people . 3 realtors shaking their heads and in disbelief and have never seen such incomplete work before. RUN
