I told Sikandar, Karla, and Xochitl the whole time that I wasn't satisfied. I refused to have them do any more tests, to close the case, and that I accepted what the insurance company offered the first time. But Sikandar told me it was advisable to have more evidence to get more money. They convinced me, but in the end, I was the one who suffered because they didn't give me what they promised. So far my experience with this firm has been horrendous. The way me and my wife have been represented has been very unprofessional. The lack of communication and even when we reach out to them I keep getting told that my paralegal “is on another call” and will call back..it’s happened twice and still no call. I have no clue where my case is at this point. So far I’m very unhappy with this firm.
