I’ve lived here less than a year, and I’ve had nothing but problems! First of all the water system they have hear is antiquated, sometimes I don’t get hot water for over 5 minutes. The answer to this is that my apartment is far away from the boilers. My kitchen is prob from the 1960’s, not updated, no dishwasher, and I was told my apartment was painted prior to moving in and it was not. My sister lived there and she is a senior citizen. And they raised their rent over $200 a month. This is extremely sad because she's on fixed income. Also, her ceiling recently caved in and with her COPD and her massive disabilities. This is not good for her at all. It is in process of repair, but I want to visit her today and the smell of the drywall dust and dust from the installation is overwhelming and I'm worried about her health status.

I applied for a apartment the employees are very friendly and helpful I did read were another person applied and was not at all happy with a hard credit check this is a business they need to becarefull my credit score is very high so there was no issue at all not everyone is going to be happy but again please remember this is a business and like everywhere else they have rules to follow and to the employees at fielding gardens thank you very much for kindness
