Great affordable and nice apartments. Nice crowd too.
I’ve lived here less than a year, and I’ve had nothing but problems! First of all the water system they have hear is antiquated, sometimes I don’t get hot water for over 5 minutes. The answer to this is that my apartment is far away from the boilers. My kitchen is prob from the 1960’s, not updated, no dishwasher, and I was told my apartment was painted prior to moving in and it was not. I’m living with nail holes and shoddy wall and ceiling repairs and found out I am paying considerably higher rent than those with current up... read more
