I had Fielder Electrical Services come to my house to switch out my electrical box and move a light switch. When I first accepted the bid I did not know I had to sign and e-mail back, I called and spoke to a lady, she was very rude and told me to sign and e-mail it back and hung up. I should have known that was a sign from the start. They scheduled fast which was a positive thing, I work during the day and was told it was okay to leave a key in the lockbox for the workers to enter. It is customary for a proposal to be presented and accepted by the client, for both the client's protection, as well as the company providing the services. The type of work provided to this customer required the power to be shut off while the service panel was replaced. Normally, the client is present, so that the electrician can go over the procedures that could be incurred after a service change over ie, if the breakers trip how to reset them, etc. T... read more
Fielder scheduled an appt within 24 hours. Two technicians came and installed a new switch on my breaker panel and four new can lights in my basement in just under an hour. Very polite and alerted me I should probably have my furnace on a designated switch (I did not).
