Terrible company, so disrespectful, so dishonest. I called because my front and back lights weren't working. Mike came over, he was wonderful. He adjusted tab in the front and tightened up the sockets and adjusted tabs in the back and everything was working great. A month and 1/2 later one (of 2) of the back lights went out. I bought a new one, but, it didn't come back on. I called Fielder and the woman told me she would send Mike back over to see what the problem was since he had just been there. I regret getting in touch with this company. When I called I was told of an 85 dollar service charge plus the cost of the electric outlet I needed for my garage. I got slapped with a bill for 208 dollars. When I called to question the bill amount, I was told very curtly that I would have to pay the 208 $ This is not a good way of doing business. One tends to think that everyone will play fair and stay true to what was discussed orally. This company is just a ripoff Thanks ****

Fielder Electric has been our electrician of choice for many years. We have used Fielder to rewire an entire home, to install upgrades, to fix issues...you name it! During a recent major storm, the President of the company took it upon himself to come to our home (free of charge!) and inspect some downed wires before we involved ******. They were recommended to me by my realtor as we were finishing up some things for the house sale. In that scoping meeting at the house* **** ******* expressed very clearly that given the work, there would NOT need to be a UCity permit: stating "it's just a money grab by the city". The work did not involve any new wiring, just some basic replacement outlets, etc. Work was done, guys at house were polite and professional. I just completed my garage project where Fielder Electric was my electrical contractor. I can not say enough about how great they all were to work with! Form the office staff to the guys in the field, everyone was polite,friendly and accommodating to the many schedule changes we went through during the project. We have used Fielder Electric for many years.They are prompt, professional, and affordable.Their electricians make every job a success.The staff at their office excels at communication about each job and the requirements necessary for a positive interaction with the crew. They work hard to solve the problem, and work with their clients on cost. I highly recommend them for anyone needing electrical work. They are located at 1827 South Kingshighway.
