Our family member stayed at Field Pointe, and we chose to move them to another facility over a year ago — we’ve been much happier since. In my visits, it often felt understaffed, and I rarely saw nurses on the floor. I found some staff unprofessional, and management came across as rude and uncooperative, mainly management. The food seemed mediocre, and on one visit the bathroom I used was messy. While the building and view are nice, in my experience the quality of care was disappointing, which is my greatest concern.

Recently left this facility. I was not impressed. Concerns go unanswered, staffing is terrible. Management does whatever they can to avoid working on the floor it feels like. Prepare yourself to work alone and get assaulted multiple times. "Don't go in the rooms alone, to avoid altercations" and then they proceed to force you to work alone, leaving you no choice.
