Found a literal big chunk of MUD on a piece of lettuce in my salad tonight.. when it was brought to the girls attention who were working they told us they would only refund me for my salad, not my chips and drink (even though at this point my appetite was ruined from mud in my salad.) A few months ago I found mold in my bread roll, that time they gave me two free salads and refunded me. This time I was told their policy is only to refund for the salad. I am sorry about your experience I would gladly invite you back for free meal. The one night i was not here they had internet failure and i was trying to fix over facetime. For that i am sorry we were training also but thats no excuse for you to feel that our story is dirty and unkept. We normally get many compliments on cleanliness and service. Really good food. Portions are quite large. Great bread too!!!
Love this place. Wish there was a location in Charlotte. But definitely has good salads and panini's for us health nuts.

As a big salad fan. I have been to this place many times and have never been disappointed. The food is always good.
My husband and I had a great lunch here. We both did the Pick 2 and it was great! Even with the smaller sandwich, it was more than I could eat. I got the antipasto salad with dressing on the side, and it was so delicious I didn't even use the dressing! We will definitely be back!
5 Star plus.. never a disappointment .. best, fresh salads anywhere
