WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!!!!! We paid him $5200 for a retaining wall that he DID NOT FINISH which caused our land to wash out costing us several of thousands of dollars!!!! He will not respond back to us. Had some random guys work if the wall for 2 half days , they did a terrible job! Put It in the wrong place! Used old materials, bent rebar, didn’t not put but 15 pieces of rebar in a 75ft wall!!!!!! He took our money and never came back!!! And the worst part about It.... I’ve know.
