I talked to Lorraine who was one of the nicest people on the phone. She sent Matt out late evening when AC quit working on one of the hottest nights. Matt was there within 30 minutes and figured out the problem. The compressor thermal switch triggered due to overheating. Once compressor cooled off it kicked back on. Told me to install a “hard start kit” to capacitor which would help my compressor out. Said easy enough to do myself which I did, he wouldn’t even charge me for coming out. Just really nice guy.

Matt performed a comprehensive inspection of my system and corrected issuses that will make my air conditioning system run efficiently . Issues that required correction included replacement of air handler coil and tightening of connecting joints to and from handler, condensation unit and split system units. System is performing adequately.
