I had rented from the parent company ( Sullivan &. Co. ) of Field Corporation in Wellesley Square for 30+ years ( 3/15/1994—9/31/2025) until the building was sold. They are wonderful, caring, compassionate, respectful and responsible people. I would give the company all of the stars in the MILKY WAY if Google lets me. I AM ETERNALLY GRATEFUL TO THEM🙏🏽😘🙏🏽

I lived in the building for a number of years, until July of 2024. The rent was always reasonable, and never increased by more than a fair amount. The building was well managed and maintained, which is especially important in an old structure like this one. There were a few lapses in the prompt resolution of maintenance requests during the COVID years, especially around 2021-22 but I think things have improved since then.

The management of the building, Laura, is a wonderful person. She takes care of everything as soon as she hears about it. I had a noise issue with my neighbor downstairs and she took action as soon as she was notified. She is trying to relocate me to a better unit in the building as they were not able to relocate the other tenant. They also have a colleague with the name of Nancy that she is also very wonderful person. They are a great team

very unresponsive and discriminatory landlord. It's been three months that the unit below my apartment is having loud noises with their heater and air purifier that has taken my comfort away and landlord didn't do anything to resolve the issue. they act differently for other tenants with different country of origin. each time for a maintenance request, I had to ask many times and at the end, I pay a maintenance guy from out to come and fix it. my apartment has lead and I have a 6 months old baby and they didn't do anything t... read more
