This gentle soul has been our joint savior for nearly two decades. My wife and I wish Dr. Blevins a long and active retirement.🤗
Dr. Blevins took 3 months to give his opinion on what was wrong with my wife's knee. She was on crutches the whole time. Finally he said she could get a second opinion. The second opinion took two months to book. Immediately her new orthopedic surgeon said her knee cap was shot. She scheduled for surgery in two more months with several months rehab. That means with the delay by seeing Blevins she will not be using the knee for almost a year. If she had gone to the second doc first she would have been rehabilitated by in half... read more
I am incredibly flustered w/ this office. after an appointment w/ dr Blevins, he had recommended injections, after talking w/ my insurance, I called to get an exact price, 2x I was transferred to voice mail and no one ever called back. how hard is it to get someone to respond? the appointment was very good but the office staff seems clueless. I hate to post negative posts, when it comes to medical treatment, most of us only request action when we really need assistance.
Animas Orthopedics really cares about its community. They do so much for the locals in the forms of donations, fundraising and volunteering to make our city even better! They are a business with HEART and we are so glad that they are here in Durango!
