Horrible company. Truly the WORST. Hire them if you expect them to sub-contract the job and refuse to stand behind or even fix common sense solutions. Have never seen a company with such a lack of pride after the sale is complete. They truly do NOT care about their customers once they have received full payment.
Nate Morton, Peyton and their crew are first rate. Twelve hours they were at it. Took care of problems as they happened. No rolling the dice when you choose Fidus. Impressive work.
My husband and I had a great experience working with Fidus Roofing. Ryan, Bonnie, and Nate made the experience awesome. They were very responsive and collaborative throughout the process. We previously dealt with other roofing companies and were extremely disappointed with the results and communication we received.
