My experience with their move-out process at one of their rental properties was less than ideal. Be aware that you may not receive your full deposit back, even after a long-term lease. In my case, they were not very forgiving about normal wear and tear, and seemed to expect the apartment to be returned in nearly new condition—despite three years of occupancy. Would not recommend them to anyone, I have had a laundry list of problems with Arbor Lakes, one of the properties they manage. They raise the rent substantially every year, but the water is constantly turned off to my building, showers with intermittent hot water, unsupervised children destroying the property and harassing tenants, and building code/life safety issues with my building that they have been dragging their feet to address for over a week.

I lived at 50Twenty for a year and a half and did not have a good experience. The amenities and sunset view were nice, however everything else was not. Materials used in the apartment are cheap, including the appliances. The oven takes at least 20 minutes to preheat and the dryer typically took 2 hours to dry my clothes fully. Surface lot parking becomes non-existent at night. If you have two vehicles or a guest, they will most likely have to park at least a block away. Management is robotic and not on your side.
