Terrible company that definitely does not value it's tenants! *edit* My feelings have nothing to do with the on site staff. They are lovely. It’s FRED’s garbage practices- hiking current tenants rents over 8% per year to renew their lease. Yet, continually allowing horrible tenants to smoke, and create a nuisance with noise for months at a time before anything is done!
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the handling of the prolonged elevator outage at Saddlebrook Apartments, managed by Fiduciary Management. Our building has one elevator it's been non-functioning elevator for 45 days. Residents were initially informed that accommodations would be provided for those who were unable to manage the stairs or needed assistance transporting groceries. Terrible, don’t value tenants. They will find every way to stick you with charges. You are just a number to them and don’t care.
