Very disappointing experience. I was referred here by my doctor because I have a dental infection that needs urgent treatment. When I called, Dara told me the first available appointment with my insurance was in September (about 3 months away). However, when I asked about paying cash, I was told they had an opening next week. It feels like patients with insurance are treated differently than those paying out of pocket. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Is that how Drs treat their patients today?
