After sending this email a short time later I was emailed back that my application was denied. We would like to inform everyone involved that after giving it a lot of thought we will be pulling our offer for the house. On Wed 26th. We viewed the house and based on the condition of the house we made an offer of $3,100 a year with a two year lease. We were asked when we would pay the deposit and we stated May 5th .
