We had numerous major maintenance issues in our year lease with fidelity. One being a slab leak issue that left our family with a newborn without water for multiple weeks and we had to physically go to fidelity's office to get it resolved. We couldn't use the restroom, we had no running water to make bottles for our newborn, and Jacob refused to handle it until we had to threaten to report to OSDH, HUD, or the housing commission of Oklahoma.
