We worked with Bonnie K to sell our BLT ownership and we had a excellent experience. We got a final full price offer within days of listing and everything about the closing went completely flawless. We eSigned all paperwork and the money was in our bank account within a day of closing. We loved the 10 years we had our DVC but it came to a point where it no longer made sense to own and we still got all our investment $ back after 10 years use.
