Exercise caution! I’ve had good experiences working with Fidelity in the past. Recently I submitted an offer on their website and was sent to another brokerage called timeshare brokerage associates. This was confusing as I was expecting a Fidelity broker. I had to call and verify that the person was legit. Then I got very poor service from this sister brokerage. Very professional, competent, timely, thorough, and friendly.
I recently purchased a Saratoga contract through Lauran B., and the entire process was seamless. Lauran and everyone I dealt with at Fidelity were prompt, professional, and responsive. I expected a few bumps along the way, but everything went smoothly from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fidelity again for future DVC transactions.
I worked with Cindy Kane on two separate Hawaii-Oahu listings that were posted on Redweek and I had THE BEST experience purchasing my timeshares with her. Awesome communication and she is very knowledgeable with how timeshares work. Highly recommend Cindy and will definitely work with her again in the future!
