I have been a tentant of one of the buildings managed by Fidelity Property Management. Staff were there all the time.Building was clean and pet friendly.The maintenance request were done in timely manner. The head office always answered the phone right away. Overall, I would recomand renting with this company.
The New office manager is racist. Called me a gringo among other expletives!! She is on video screaming at a tenants visitor calling him a "N" and smacking him. Her own coworkers have said she needs to king her business. She hands out harassing eviction notices "unsigned" . Good luck on getting in touch with head office. On video, as well with myself she says "do you know who I am". The girls who answer the phone will tell you Sr. Property Manager does not have VM. or an email. I called after hours and was able too do name d... read more

My maintenance requests are always handled quickly and efficiently..The superintendent is always friendly and pleasant to deal with as well!
