Very unprofessional I have called to ask why they need operating agreement while they have my corporation documents the lady on the phone called me rude for asking and being so loud while I wasn't loud at all and I do not know why I was rude for asking a question. please find a different Title Company

They blindsided me at my presigning regarding paperwork that need to be signed and notarized. They told me closing couldn't happen unless this was signed. This was on a Friday and closing was Monday. I was in a frantic scramble to do this as I dont have contact with the parties that needed to sign. I was made to feel it was my fault. They had many weeks to do this and then it was put on me. I don't know how they can stay in business with that inefficiency and pure sloppiness. They have no idea the stress it caused me.
