frankie ballard I have used Security Title and Frankie for several years. Frankie has always been very helpful even when there have been issues with certain real estate deals. She is always professional and I continue to use her and Security as my my preferred title company.

Great Service Fidelity works real hard, and pays attention to detail when it comes to closing. They explain in detail the whole process and make it more understandable and you really feel that they have done their homework. I would highly recommend Kim and the gang over at Fidelity.
Good Service I recently used Fidelity on a loan I did. They are great. Very knowledgeable and fast. They got me in right away and anwered all my questions. I will use them again. The staff was very open to all of my questions (even though I thought they were dumb questions). The location is very nice which made the overall experience very good. I liked them the most because of fast service and the friendly staff.
Made the home buying process easy I recently bought my first home, and the agent at Fidelity National Title was very helpful in making the process painless and easy. She sent me many of the documents before hand so I could read them in advance. She was patient as I read every document and helped me with things I didn't understand. Everything was taken care of for me, and there were no problems with the purchase of my house because of the thorough job the title company did.
Super fast signing When we bought our house this spring we went to Fidelity Title. The lady that sat with us explained everything in detail with out it taking forever. I was very pleased with her knowledge of title law and how she answered allof our questions. We even were given a coupon for 20% off when we refinance or sell our house!
