frankie ballard I have used Security Title and Frankie for several years. Frankie has always been very helpful even when there have been issues with certain real estate deals. She is always professional and I continue to use her and Security as my my preferred title company.

Worst of the worst I recently closed on my house and had an awful experience with Melissa Moses. Melissa is the worst escrow officer one can hope for. She is very rude to her clients. She blatantly told me not to call her outside of her working hours because "my office is now closed" even if there is a pressing issue. She belittled my concern and was short with her response. I DO NOT recommend MELISSA MOSES to anybody who needs an escrow officer. Melissa's calling card states "You'll appreciate the difference" and perhaps th... read more
Great Service Fidelity works real hard, and pays attention to detail when it comes to closing. They explain in detail the whole process and make it more understandable and you really feel that they have done their homework. I would highly recommend Kim and the gang over at Fidelity.
Super fast signing When we bought our house this spring we went to Fidelity Title. The lady that sat with us explained everything in detail with out it taking forever. I was very pleased with her knowledge of title law and how she answered allof our questions. We even were given a coupon for 20% off when we refinance or sell our house!
Good service Always great customer service. Prices for title report very reasonable. They have pretty quick turn times too. Would definitely recommend using them.
