Prior to Fidelity i had 3 or 4 different home health agencies, all of which had issues, such as scheduling, arriving on time, not knowing my needs, etc. When i received my wonderful nurse Charity, she is always on time treats me with care & respect & is always on top of my health care needs. Fidelity is a game changer in home health. Dont settle for medical health service when the best is Fidelity. They saved my foot & im grateful
