I previously was working for Fidelity. They allegedly merged with Ambi homecare(Allegedly Ambi was taking over the skilled nursing portion of fidelity). I being their(Fidelity) employee was unaware as I only saw a few patients and rarely went into the office. When this company merged with Ambi home care I was not informed until weeks later after the patients told me someone showed up at their homes with a different folder and they were confused by who the people were. This is A sister company to Ambi home health care. They are negligent and fraudulent. They bill for services not rendered, as well as lie about cares and reasons for providing cares. I am the durable power of attorney for one of their past clients. They portrayed him with having conditions he didn't have, in order to provide as many visits as they could toilk the system for more money, and billed for visits they didn't even show up for. Do not do business with this company!!!
